Scope: Remove and replace bolts on a S-101 vessel for cleaning

Summary: During a planned shutdown a Chemical company needed a S-101 vessel opened for cleaning. INTEGRA’s technicians used Hydraulic Torque Wrenches to break out the bolts on the S-101 head flange. Using their stud removal machine they drilled out the bolts on the top and bottom flanges and machined the flanges, all the bolts were then replaced and tightened using Hydraulic Torque Wrenches.

Result: The S-101 vessel was restored to working condition.
