Chemical company Olefins shutdown

Problem: Planned shutdown, customer needs the 501 and 502 Turbines opened and closed in Olefins

Summary: INTEGRA was called in during a chemical companies planned shutdown to remove and then tighten the bolts on two of their turbines.  INTEGRA provided the customer with their Induction Bolt Heating Service.  The specialized technicians used Induction Bolt Heating to open and close the steam turbines.  INTEGRA’s Induction Bolt Heating Services (IBH)  uses controlled heat to stretch the bolts without damaging the bolt threads or turbine casing.
 
Result: INTEGRA opened and closed the steam turbine casings in 1 shift – “very professional and always available when we needed any assistance or questions answered” - Maintenance Manager.
