Problem: General maintenance on Steam Turbines

Summary: INTEGRA supplied manpower and equipment to breakout and makeup Elliot Steam Turbines model numbers 2SMC2-8 and SRV4.  INTEGRA used their Induction Bolt Heating Service (IBH) to breakout and makeup three steam turbines during a planned shutdown.  Using the IBH method INTEGRA’s technicians could precisely calculate how long it was going to take to open and subsequently close the turbines, giving the Shutdown Manager vital information for planning the shutdown.

Result: INTEGRA successfully opened and closed the Elliott Steam Turbines in 1 shift.
