Pipe Support on a High Energy Pipe System

Problem: Customer had some unbalanced pipe hangers causing steam leaks.

Summary: Following an analysis on 14 pipe hangers in one HEP system, which resulted in all the pipe hangers being unbalanced, INTEGRA weighed and adjusted all the hangers on 3 HEP system, plus a number of support rods on the boiler.

Result: All pipe hangers and support rods were balanced, rod changed and weld repaired resulting in a balanced system.
