Bolting Service in an Ethylene Unit.

Scope: Torque and Tension various flanges in the Ethylene Unit

Summary: A Petrochemical company asked INTEGRA to come into their Ethylene unit and provide their Hydraulic Bolting Service to breakout and makeup numerous flanges in their Ethylene unit.  INTEGRA Technicians carried out torque tightening on flanges ranging from 1.1/2” 900 lb. to 10” 900 lb., they tensioned manway flanges, replaced bolts and gaskets and removed spool pieces and pumps for repairs.

Result: INTEGRA tightened over 100 bolts, replaced old gaskets and bolts and ensured a Leak Free Startup for the Ethylene Unit.
