Scope: Remove, Reinstall, Re-Torque Heads

Summary: During a planned shutdown, a Chemical company contacted INTEGRA to breakout and makeup their E-511-C Heat Exchanger.  INTEGRA’s technicians used Hydraulic Torque Tightening to breakout the bolts on the heat exchanger and then once repairs had been made to the heat exchanger, the specialized technicians used torque wrenches to make up the bolts.

Result: The E-511-C Heat Exchanger was opened and closed in 1 shift using INTEGRA’s specialized technicians and their Torque Tightening service.
