With many offshore platforms reaching the end of their life expectancy, and others that  suffered hurricane damage, the need to remove these structures became apparent. We wanted to provide an option to remove these structures in a fast, safe and environmentally friendly manner. We have now introduced the following services into our company.

BTC Undersea Cutting System

The BTC is a highly efficient, hydraulically driven machine that uses diamond wire for cutting structures above or below water.  The BTC diamond wire saw is installed and monitored by divers, and the wire speed, working pressure and flow rate are controlled from the surface using a Hydraulic Power Unit.

The saws can cut up to 52" diameter structures and can be installed by divers or ROV's.

The Claw - Grapple

THE CLAW is designed to pick up debris off the ocean floor.  Hydraulic powered claws can pinch, pull or drag heavy objects and can pick up multiple pieces of debris at the same time.

THE CLAW has a rated capacity of 40 tones and can pick up pipe or casing from 8' up to 52" pipe or casings.  With the addition of shoes the claws can pick up from 0".

THE CLAW can be controlled from the control station on the power unit, by a wired controlled box or from a wireless remote.
