INTEGRA, has developed a complete hydraulic multi-stud tensioning system that saves money by slashing the time it takes to complete a project.

By applying precise hydraulic clamping pressure, equally and simultaneously, we're able to bring both halves of the turbine casing housing together, eliminating the distortion that can occur with other approaches.

Applications such as Tops-On, Tops-Off Alignment, Blue Checks and Gasket Crushing are ideal for this approach. On critical path operations, the savings can be huge, something our many clients have discovered - bringing them back to INTEGRA for additional service.
